Online Training & Nutrition

Available to you are 8, 12 and 16-week training and nutrition programs for whatever your goals may be. Whether it be to lose body fat, build muscle, or simply live a healthier life, there is a customized plan for you.

NUTRITION

Individual nutrition plans are also available. Plans come with 7-days worth of meals and include a shopping list, nutrient breakdown, ingredients and cooking instructions for specific dishes.

In-Person Training

In-person training spaces are extremely limited and applicants are heavily screened. If interested, send an e-mail to tythetrainerfitness@gmail.com with a short description of yourself and explanation of why you feel you’d be a good applicant for my in-person training. (Toronto, Ontario only.
