I’m a D1 basketball player at CSU, Fullerton. I’ve been through countless training programs, many with NBA strength coaches and trainers, and Ty’s training has many similarities in regards to the intensity and sport specificity of his workouts. I attribute much of my success as a basketball player to Ty’s ability to push me each and every session.

I'd been working out by myself for a few years before I came to Ty. I thought I pushed myself hard, but Ty took my workouts to the next level. I’m a former D1 athlete and began training with Ty in November 2019. When I started training with Ty I was 215lbs. Today, April 1, I am 205lbs. Numbers are great but the most important thing is how I feel! Fitness for me has never been about the number on scale; It’s about seeing the change in my body and how I’m getting stronger mentally and physical.
