Former D1 Volleyball Player – Canada
Being a former D1 athlete you would thinking training for me would be easy. I started to train with Ty November 2019, it wasn’t because I didn’t know how to train or make my own programs. I hired him as my trainer because I wasn’t able to push myself hard enough to get the result I was looking for, and knowing him as a friend but also seeing how he works with other athletes proved to me that training with him is what I need for my own health and wellness. After graduating from university my drive to push myself completely deflated because I didn’t see a purpose in having to push myself and we all know where that typically leads…. Weight gain… I am a 6’2 female so you would never be able to guess my weight. When I started training with Ty I was 215lbs. I now, on April 1, am 205lbs. Numbers are great but the most important thing is how I feel! Fitness for me has never been about the number on the scale and the want for it to go down. It’s about seeing the change in my body and how I’m getting stronger mentally and physical.
