The first time I did a workout session with Ty it wasn’t even planned, it was a spur of the moment decision. However, that one session quickly became many sessions. Now months later and over 20 pounds lost, I must say Ty’s the truth. From his dedication to seeing you reach your goals, consistent motivation, multiple work out routines. I mean, I don’t think we have repeated the same work set yet, and we just share great energy!
